4. Advisor Responsibilities

Advisors are independent contractors and not employees of Spiritualist.Live. They agree to:

Abide by all applicable laws, ethical standards, and best practices within their field.

Advisors are fully responsible for the content and accuracy of their guidance and services.

5. Payments and Fees

Users agree to pay all applicable fees for Advisor sessions as listed on the Website.
Payments are made in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise noted in our Refund Policy.
Advisors are compensated according to their agreements, minus any platform fees and applicable taxes.

6. Disclaimers

Spiritualist.Live provides a platform to connect Users and Advisors but does not guarantee outcomes or the accuracy of advice.
All guidance is intended for personal insight and spiritual growth purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
The Platform is not liable for actions or decisions made based on Advisor guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability
